Since its inception in the late 1970s, members of the Cuttyhunk Historical Society have understood the importance of presenting community history through exhibition. Below is a list of some of our most recent past displays.

Many houses on Cuttyhunk had previous lives as something else: a restaurant, a bowling alley, a hospital, and more!
Remarkable Women of the Elizabeth Islands
2018-2022
This exhibit celebrated the resiliency of the women of the Islands who kept their clans safe and fed, pursued creative endeavors, and most importantly, were a hardy group of people that lived on their terms and thrived.
